For clients on our service plan, we offer 24 X 7 support through our team of qualified service technicians. Most service issues can be resolved remotely through a secure broadband network connection to the system.
We also offer clients in-depth training on their system. And each system manual provides comprehensive information on the system’s control screens, recommended maintenance, troubleshooting, recommended spare parts list and fault recovery procedures.
We supply extended warrantees, or renewed warrantees on machine re-build. You may also want to explore our monthly, quarterly or annual preventive maintenance service program.
